Download and Install

• First of all, download WholeClear Webmail Backup Software successfully and install it on your system.

• Double click the WholeClear Migrator icon to launch it.

User Interface

1. When you open WholeClear Webmail Backup software, the opening interface seems like as displayed in the image below –

2. You will find a list of various webmail accounts on the left side of the software. Choose any of them, if not available, click on “Enter IMAP settings manually” radio button and then provide host address.

3. Provide username and password of your webmail account. Hit Authenticate Me button. (You can use the Reset button and can change the login details)

How to choose desired account and perform the backup task when the account is available in the list. Here, we are showing you how to backup Gmail emails.

Backup Gmail account emails

• Select Gmail account from the left side of the window. Port 993 is shown by default.
• Now, provide Gmail account username and password. Hit Authenticate Me button.

Enter IMAP Settings Manually

When you need to enter IMAP Settings manually, here, we are showing for Yandex account.

Backup Yandex account emails

• Provide Host address – imap.yandex.com and Server Port -993.
• Provide Yandex account username and password. Click on Authenticate Me button.

PST – This will help you to open the backup file in Outlook 2019, 2016, 2013, 2010, 2007, 2003, and others.

MSG – With MSG file format, the backup file can be viewed on Outlook all versions.

EML – By saving backup data in EML format, open the files in Windows Live Mail, Outlook Express, and others.

EMLX – With EMLX format, users can import the backup data to Apple Mail email client.

MBOX – By exporting webmail emails in MBOX format, open the files in Thunderbird, Entourage, Eudora, Spicebird, and others.

HTML – Open backup files on various web browser like Chrome, Firefox, Opera and others.

MHTML – To open backup files on Internet Explorer web browser.

6. Use the Browse button and provide a location to save the resultant file.

7. Hit the Generate Now button to start the backup process. You can use Stop button and manage the backup process in case of fluctuations in internet speed.
