Procedure to archive Zoho Mail account mailboxes is as follows;
Step 1. In the beginning, Install and Run WholeClear Zoho Backup Software.
Step 2. Once the software opens, choose Zoho account from the left side of the software panel.
Step 3. Provide IMAP host, email, and App Password of Zoho account. Then, hit Authenticate Me button. You will get a message of account ‘successfully authenticated’
