A – Maybe you are running a copy of Pegasus Mail that has been installed in the same directory as your home mailbox. Either you move your home mailbox to a different location or uninstall Pegasus Mail and reinstall it in another location.
Q – How to copy Pegasus Mail files from old machine to new machine?
A – Go through the steps to move Pegasus mailboxes from one machine to another –
- Install Pegasus Mail client on the new machine. Create a new mailbox folder.
- Run Pegasus Mail client. Select Help and then go to About Pegasus Mail. Click on Info. button and find “Home Mailbox location” in the entry list.
- Now, Run Pegasus Mail on old machine and follow the above step 2.
- Copy all files from the directory found in step 3 into the directory found in step 2.
