What is PMMail?

PMMail is a co-operative email client with a bunch of emails from multiple user accounts. With it, users can handle their email account in a managed way. It is a communication tool with friendly interface. It offers a shareware connection to users to establish communication via numerous email addresses.

Features of PMMail

  • Send to option – For sharing the useful data with other users, “Send To” is available with PMMail.
  • Auto Filter – For proper mail management, PMMail provides filters to its users. Using this auto filter, the emails are sorted automatically.
  • vCard attachments – Users can send Address book contacts to vCard file.
  • Task tray icon – A task tray icon is located at the taskbar of the window that indicates users when a new email message is received.

Steps to configure PMMail using BluePrint Software –

  • Click on Account > go to Create option. You will find three tabs – General, Receive, and Send. Enter the required information correctly.

General tab: Under Email address, provide your email address that you need to configure with PMMail. Also, enter the name.

Receive tab

POP Server: enter yourdomainname.com

User ID: enter POP3 login details

Password: enter your password

Send tab:

SMTP Server: smtp.yourdomainname.com
